Ingredients:

Spread:
1 1/2 tbsp Mayo
1 tsp Prepared Horse Radish
1 tsp Ketchup

1/3 lb. 80/20 Ground Beef
American Cheese
Provolone Cheese
1 Red Onion sliced
1 tbsp Avocado oil
3 tsp Salt, Pepper, Garlic Blend
Sourdough Bread


Cooking Instructions:
Begin by making the spread. Mix 1 1/2 tbsps of mayo, 1 heaping tsp of horse radish, and a tsp of Ketchup then set aside for later. Season ground beef with about 3 tsp of salt, pepper, garlic seasoning and mix with your hands. Then form into a patty making it slightly larger then the bread because it will shrink when you cook it. Slice a large piece of sourdough bread in half. Slice red onion into medium sized slices. Preheat a pan for about 3-4 min on medium heat and add 1 tbsp of avocado oil. Add in sliced onions, season with salt, pepper, garlic and lower heat to medium low and saute for about 7-10 min until caramelized. Remove onions from pan and add a tsp of avocado oil into pan and raise heat to medium. Add in burger patty and let cook without touching it for about 3 min. Flip and make sure you have a nice char and cook the other side for 1 min and add cheese on top and continue cooking for 2 more min. Remove from pan and let rest while you assemble sandwich. Add horse radish mayo to both sides of bread, then set burger on and top with caramelized onions. Wipe out your pan with paper towels and add a knob of butter in pan on medium low heat. Once butter is melted set patty melt in and toast one side for about 1 min, flip and repeat on the other side. Remove from pan and enjoy!
