Ingredients:
2 cups of fresh basil leaves
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tbsp pine nuts
3 garlic cloves
1/2 cup grated Pecorino Romano Cheese
Pinch of salt and pepper
Cooking Instructions:
Begin by pulling basil leaves off of plant, you don't want the stems for this recipe. Put basil leaves, pine nuts, garlic, salt, pepper, and Pecorino Romano cheese in a food processor. Pulse until blended then turn to on and slowly add the olive oil until fully incorporated. It's that simple! Enjoy!
