Ingredients:
Low carb spinach or regular tortilla (Mission brand)
Grilled chicken breast (leftover, cold works great)
Homemade ranch dressing (Hidden Valley Buttermilk)
Lettuce
Fresh grated cheese (cheddar, Colby Jack, pepper Jack, etc.)
Franks Buffalo sauce (use your favorite flavor)

Just finished working out or you just want a healthy and tasty lunch to give you energy to finish your day; this Buffalo, grilled chicken wrap is so easy to make and so delicious!
Start by grilling chicken or use leftover chicken breast sliced. Heat a low carb flour/spinach tortilla on stove burner or in a pan. Add sliced chicken in tortilla and drizzle on ranch and Frank's Buffalo sauce. Add in lettuce (your choice of lettuce) then grate some cheese on top. Drizzle with more ranch and buffalo sauce. Enjoy!
