Ingredients:
Mini Gold Potatoes
Olive Oil
Salt, Pepper, Garlic seasoning
Paprika Fresh grated Pecorino Romano cheese
Salt
Sliced Green Onion
Cooking Instructions:
Begin by boiling potatoes in salted water for about 15 minutes until fork tender. Mix salt, pepper, garlic and paprika with some olive oil until well combined. On a greased baking pan smash each potato with the bottom of a greased cup. Then drizzle on the seasoned olive oil mix and grate on some fresh pecorino romano cheese. Bake in a 425 deg F convection oven (or 450 F bake) for about 25 minutes or until crispy. Sprinkle on some sliced green onion to garnish and ENJOY!
