Ingredients:
3-4 Chicken Breasts
Kinderโs SPG with paprika
Caesar Dressing (I prefer Marieโs and add 1 tsp of each: lemon juice, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard)
Fresh sliced romaine lettuce
Cracked black pepper
Fresh grated Pecorino Romano
Fresh lemon juice
Croutons
Cooking Instructions:
Start by scoring chicken breasts on both sides and season with Kinderโs SPG with paprika. Grill it up until done and let it rest for 10 minutes. I prefer Marieโs Ceasar dressing. I like to add Dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, and fresh lemon juice, about a teaspoon of each, but use whatever dressing you like. Drizzle it on some fresh sliced romaine, add a squeeze of lemon, fresh grated pecorino romano cheese, cracked black pepper, and croutons. Toss it up well then plate it with some of that sliced grilled chicken.
