Ingredients:

Mac Sauce:
1/2 cup mayo
2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
2 tsp yellow mustard
1/2 tsp white vinegar
1 tbsp fine grated yellow onion
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp fine sea salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Others:
80/20 or 85/15 ground beef
Low carb tortillas (I use Mission Carb Balance)
American cheese slices
Kinder’s SPG seasoning or salt and pepper
Fine diced yellow onion
Shredded ice berg lettuce
Dill pickle chips
Avocado or olive oil


Cooking Instructions:
Start with half a cup of mayo, 2 tablespoons of sweet pickle relish, 2 teaspoons yellow mustard, half teaspoon white vinegar, Grate a yellow onion using this part of the grater until you have a tablespoon. Half teaspoon paprika, half teaspoon onion powder, quarter teaspoon fine sea salt, quarter teaspoon garlic powder. Mix it all together until mac sauce bliss! I’m using Mission carb balance tortillas. Form 80/20 ground beef into a ball and smash onto the tortilla. Season with a little Kinder’s SPG. Preheat a pan on medium high and add a little avocado oil. Carefully set in meat side down, fry for a couple of minutes occasionally applying very light pressure to the tortilla. Flip it over, add on a slice of American cheese, cover and cook for an additional minute. Look how good this looks guys! Add on some pickles, fine diced onion, shredded ice berg lettuce, and the star of the show, Mac sauce! Is your mouth watering yet!? I’m telling you guys this was absolutely incredible… you have to make this one! I can’t believe this is low carb!!
