Ingredients:
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
3-4 minced garlic cloves
1 seeded and diced serrano or red chili pepper
1 tsp red pepper flake
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
Black pepper to taste
Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup of fine diced parsley (flat leaf/Italian preferred)
Cooking Instructions:
Start with half a cup of extra virgin olive oil, about 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar, 3-4 minced garlic cloves, one seeded and diced serrano or red chili pepper, one teaspoon of red pepper flake, 1 teaspoon of oregano, about a teaspoon of salt, black pepper to taste, a squeeze of fresh lemon and half a cup of fine diced parsley. Mix it up well and put in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Try this with any steaks, tri tip, chicken or pork.
