Ingredients:
Bar-S Chorizo Crumbles
Butter for greasing the pan
Mini Crescent Rolls (I used 1 full tube plus 1 piece from a second tube)
Herdez Guacamole Salsa
Queso Quesadilla grated cheese
6 Eggs
Salt
Pepper
Cilantro diced
Cooking Instructions:
My friends at Bar-S Foods sent me their Chorizo Crumbles and they’re gonna work perfect for this. Add some crescent roll dough to a greased pizza pan until you have the entire pan covered. Put into a 350 degree oven for 9-10 minutes until lightly golden brown. I’m using this Herdez Guacamole Salsa as the sauce; spread it evenly on the dough. Top with some queso quesadilla cheese then make indentations with the back of a spoon. Carefully crack an egg in each indentation then add a pinch of salt and pepper to each egg. Sprinkle on those Bar-S Chorizo Crumbles and don’t be shy guys. Put it under the broiler for about 4-8 minutes until your eggs are done and cheese is melted; watch it closely guys so it doesn’t burn. Take out of the oven and sprinkle on some fresh diced cilantro. Look at this guys… a breakfast masterpiece.
