Ingredients:
Chicken wings (20-24)
Salt, Pepper, Garlic seasoning
Paprika
Avocado or Olive Oil
3 TBSP unsalted butter
1/8-1/4 cup of honey
TBSP black pepper
1/4 cup Franks Buffalo sauce
1/4 cup Franks Hot Buffalo Sauce
Heaping TBSP minced garlic
Cooking Instructions:
Preheat smoker or oven to 250 F
Season chicken wings then put on smoker or in oven set to 250 deg F for 50-55 mins. While wings are cooking make sauce by adding ingredients above to a small pot and simmer for about 10 min. Transfer wings to grill on medium heat and give them a nice char. Toss in sauce and serve.
