Ingredients:
Asparagus
Fresh minced garlic (3 cloves)
Kosher salt
Black pepper
Olive oil
Cooking Instructions:
Clean asparagus under cold water and remove the bottom woody part by breaking or cutting with knife. Add 4-5 tbsp of olive oil to pan on medium heat. Toss asparagus in oil and add salt and pepper then saute asparagus for about 3-4 min until tender. Then add minced garlic to pan and continue cooking for about 1-2 min. Remove from heat and serve.
