Ingredients:
Rack of baby back ribs
Yellow mustard as a binder
Your favorite bbq rub
Apple cider vinegar or apple juice for spritzing
Your favorite bbq sauce
Cooking Instructions:
Start by drying ribs with paper towel. Then remove the membrane on the backside of ribs using a knife and paper towel for grip. Rub ribs with yellow mustard then put your favorite rub/seasoning on both sides of ribs. Let ribs rest for about 20 min and preheat your smoker or oven to 225 deg F. Once smoker is to temp put ribs on meat side up. Spritz with apple juice after about 1 1/2 hours and continue smoking. Check on ribs and spritz again in another hour and repeat until ribs are about 200 internal and meat is pulling away from bones and tender to the touch. Then brush on your favorite bbq sauce and continue to smoke for another 15 min until bbq sauce is caramelized. Remove from smoker and rest for about 20 min tented with foil. Slice the ribs and enjoy!
