Ingredients:
Half an Avocado
1 Serrano pepper with seeds if you want it spicier
Small handful of Cilantro
1 Garlic clove
1/3 of an onion
1 tbsp of avocado oil
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
juice from half a lime
Pinch of salt and pepper
Splash of water (add as much or as little as you like for consistency)
Cooking Instructions:
In a blender add half of an avocado, a third of an onion, one garlic clove, one whole serrano pepper with stem removed, a small handful of cilantro, juice from half a lime, teaspoon of red wine vinegar, tablespoon of avocado oil, a pinch of pepper, a pinch of salt, and a splash of water. Blend it all up well until you have the perfect consistency. Guys this is one of my favorite salsas… I love to put this on steak tacos.
