Ingredients:
2 shredded rotisserie chicken breasts
8 ounces cream cheese – cubed
1 cup ranch dressing (I prefer using the buttermilk Hidden Valley Ranch Packet)
1 cup Frankβs Buffalo Sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Β½ cup green onion – chopped1.5 cups grated mozzarella cheese combined with 1.5 cups grated Colby Jack cheese
Cooking Instructions:
Start by shredding the rotisserie chicken breasts. In a pot on medium low heat add the cream cheese, ranch, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and pepper. Whisk until sauce is melted and smooth. Add in the shredded chicken, most of the green onions, reserving some for later, and two of the three cups of mozzarella and Colby Jack. Stir until all ingredients are melted together. Pour into an 8βx8β greased baking dish, level it out and sprinkle on the rest of the shredded cheese. Put into a 350 degree preheated oven for 20 minutes. After the 20 minutes are up put under the broiler for 2 minutes or until cheese browns a bit. Sprinkle on the rest of the green onions and enjoy.
