Ingredients:
1 lb of 80/20 ground beef
Kinder’s Salt, Pepper, Garlic seasoning
King’s Hawaiian Butter Rolls
1 large onion diced
Dill Pickle Chips
Spread/Burger Sauce:
1 cup of mayo
6 tbsp ketchup
4 tbsp sweet pickle relish
1 tbsp distilled white vinegar
Salt and Pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions:
Start by shaping a pound of ground beef a little larger than the box of King’s Hawaiian butter rolls. Season with salt, pepper, garlic. Then get it on the griddle. I’ve got some onions grilling up too. Get some yellow mustard on the top side before you flip. Carefully flip it over after a couple minutes and top it with your favorite cheese. Toast up the King’s butter rolls and place the top buns over the cheese and then place it all on the bottom buns. Slice up the sliders and build them however you like them. I’m doing a little burger sauce, grilled onions and a pickle. These are so easy and perfect for your next football party or gathering.
