Ingredients:
1/2 of a small white onion
1 clove of garlic
1/2 of a jalapeño (you can leave out if you don’t want spice)
Handful of cilantro with lower stems removed
Juice of 1 lime
3 tbsp avocado oil
4 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp of honey if you prefer a touch of sweetness
Cooking Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend well. This makes enough for about 2 salads. If you want more just double the recipe.
