Ingredients:
1 container of mini crescent rolls
1 stick of unsalted butter
1/2 cup light brown sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
Glaze:
1/2 cup confectioner’s sugar
2-3 tbsp heavy cream
Cooking Instructions:
Stir up a stick of softened, unsalted butter. Add in half a cup of light brown sugar and mix, then two teaspoons of ground cinnamon and mix again. Spread the mixture on the mini crescent rolls then roll them up. Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and put into a pre-heated 375 degree oven for 10-12 minutes. While that’s baking, add half a cup of confectioner’s sugar and 2-3 tablespoons of heavy cream to a bowl and whisk until you get this consistency. Take the crescent rolls out of the oven when lightly golden brown and let rest for a couple of minutes. Drizzle on the glaze and enjoy! Yum!!
