Ingredients:
About 4-5 Ladles of Chili Verde (Chili Verde Recipe Here)
1/2 cup of Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
Salt for pasta water
3/4 cup Heavy Cream
3/4 lb Fettuccine pasta
Cooking Instructions:
Start by putting the chili verde in a preheated pan on medium. My chili verde recipe is on the page. Bring it up to a simmer and add in a handful of pepper jack cheese and stir it in until it melts. Salt your pasta water and throw in some fettuccine. Pour in about ¾ of a cup of heavy cream and stir it in until well incorporated. When the pasta is almost al dente add it in to the sauce to finish cooking for a couple of minutes. I’m telling you guys this was one of my favorite pastas I’ve ever made… spicy, creamy and just absolutely amazing! You have to make this one if you want something different but delicious.
