Ingredients:
Frozen green beans
2-3 cloves of fresh garlic chopped
Salt
Pepper
Cooking Instructions:
Put frozen green beans into a pan with a lid and add about 1/4 cup of water. While you're waiting mince up about 3 cloves of fresh garlic. Cook on medium low heat covered for about 15 min or until green beans have softened a bit. Strain green beans. Put pan back on medium heat and add 4-5 tbsp of olive oil to pan and saute green beans adding salt and pepper to taste and minced garlic. Saute until garlic is fragrant, about 2 minutes. Serve alongside your favorite entree.
