Cooking Instructions:
Begin by peeling the potatoes (If you want skin on just clean potatoes well and skip this step). Slice into skinny pieces similar to McDonald's sized fries. Soak the cut potatoes in cold water for about 30-45 min changing the water about 4-5 times to remove as much starch as you can (This helps get the fries crispy). Drain the water and lay the fries out on paper towels and dab the top dry; let the fries sit for about 30 min to get completely dry. Preheat your oven on the convection setting at 425 deg F (If you don't have convection you can use regular bake at 450 deg F, but the convection works similar to an air fryer so it is the best option if you are using your oven. You can use an air fryer as well, mine just isn't big enough for the amount of fries I was making for a large group). Lay out fries on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and drizzle on olive oil and Kinder's salt, pepper, garlic seasoning (You can use your favorite seasoning). Put in the oven and check on them at 15 min mark. At 15 min, rotate baking sheet(s) and put back in oven for another 15 min. After the next 15 min the fries on the outside may be done and the fries in the middle may need about 5 min more, so you can remove the out layer and stir and continue with the inner layer. Serve and ENJOY!
