Ingredients:
Bar S Beef Franks (I made 12)
Yellow mustard
Your favorite BBQ Rub (I used Killer Hogs Hot BBQ Rub)
Sriracha
Your favorite BBQ Sauce (I used Killer Hogs Vinegar Sauce)
Brown Sugar
5 pats of unsalted butter
Cooking Instructions:
Start by coating the hot dogs in yellow mustard. Cover all sides with your favorite rub then get them on a 250 degree smoker for 1 hour. After an hour remove them from the smoker and crank up the temp to 350 degrees. Slice the franks into quarters then put them into an aluminum pan and coat with Sriracha, your favorite BBQ sauce, brown sugar, and 5 pats of unsalted butter. Stir it all up and get it back on the 350 degree smoker for 30 more minutes. They’re done when the sauce is nice and caramelized. Take them off the smoker and stir one last time before serving. Guys this is literally meat candy and it has the most amazing flavor. You have to make them for your next party, even if it’s only you partying!
