
Ingredients:
5-6 Hot Italian Sausages (you can use sweet if preferred)
1 Yellow Onion large diced
1/2 Red Bell Pepper large diced
1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper large diced
3 Cloves of Garlic sliced
2 tbsp tomato paste (use Italian brand)
1/2-3/4 cups of White Wine
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Cooking Instructions:
On medium-high heat add olive oil in pan then Italian sausages and sauté on all sides until brown. Remove sausages from pan and set aside. Sauté onions and peppers for about 3 minutes. Add in tomato paste and cook out rawness for a minute then add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Reduce the white wine for a minute or so, add the sausages back in, turn heat to low, cover and cook for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
