Ingredients:
Hot Italian Sausages
Sliced Provolone Cheese
Hoagie Rolls/Buns
1 Stick of Butter
6 Cloves of Garlic minced
1 Yellow Onion sliced
Handful of Sweet Peppers sliced (Could use bell pepper)
3-4 Cento San Marzano Tomatoes
Kinder’s SPG seasoning
EV Olive Oil
Spicy Brown Mustard

Cooking Instructions:
Begin by slicing the peppers into strips then slice the onion as well. Mince fresh garlic and slice your sandwich bread. Preheat pan on medium heat for 3 minutes then add in a couple tbsp of olive oil. Add in the Italian sausages and let saute for 2-3 minutes then flip and repeat, then turn heat down and cover and cook until done and remove from pan. Melt butter in microwave then mix in the minced garlic and spoon onto the bread. Then add a couple slices of provolone cheese and pop in broiler or very hot oven for 1-2 minutes until lightly toasted and provolone is melted. In same pan that you cooked sausage add a tbsp of olive oil and saute onions and peppers with a little SPG seasoning for about 3-4 minutes. After 3 minutes add in 3 San Marzano Tomatoes and break them up with spoon and season with 1/4 tsp of SPG seasoning cooking for about 1 more minute. Build the sandwich by spreading on a little spicy mustard then placing the Italian sausage on the toasted bread and topping it off with the onions and peppers. Slice in half and enjoy!
