Ingredients:

1 Shallot
2 Cloves of Garlic
1 Vine Ripened Tomato
2 Tbsp Chicken Bouillon Powder
2-3 Cups Water (more for stickier rice and less for dryer rice)
6-8 Ounces of diced Bacon (I prefer Bar S brand)
2 Cups Jasmine Rice
3 Stocks of Green Onion sliced


Cooking Instructions:
In a blender, add in a shallot, a couple cloves of garlic, a vine ripened tomato, a couple tablespoons of chicken bouillon powder and 2-3 cups of water depending on the consistency of rice you prefer. Get a half package of that Bar S bacon diced up and in a pan on low-medium heat. Once the fat is rendered add in 2 cups of jasmine rice and stir to coat with the bacon fat. Toast it up until lightly golden brown, stirring frequently. Pour in your wet mixture and make sure to stir it until well incorporated. Cover and cook for 25 minutes. Then turn off the heat, keep it covered and let it steam for another 5-10 minutes. Remove the lid and stir the rice until it is one color. Finish with some sliced green onions for color. You eat with your eyes first and I’ll tell you what, it is as amazing as it looks!
