Restaurant Style Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts butterflied and sliced into strips
1-2 bell peppers different colors
1 yellow onion
Salt
Pepper
Lime

Marinade:
1 tbsp salt, pepper, garlic seasoning
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 garlic clove
Juice of 1 lime
1/4 cup avocado oil
1 tbsp achiote paste


Cooking Instructions:
These chicken fajitas are better than most Mexican restaurants and you can make them at home with a few ingredients. Make marinade by combining ingredients above in a blender. Slice chicken breasts into strips and place in a ziplock bag to marinate for a minimum of 30 min (preferably a few hours). Slice Onion and Peppers. Preheat pan on medium high heat and add avocado oil and add in onions and peppers, saute for 3-4 min. Move onions and peppers to one side of pan and add in chicken. Saute for 3 min without stirring. Then turn chicken over and stir all ingredients together and continue to cook another 3 minutes until chicken is done. Squeeze in some lime juice and serve in a tortilla.
