Ingredients:
8 Eggs
2 cups Milk
Salt, Pepper, Garlic Seasoning
3 cups of shredded cheese
2 lbs of Hot Breakfast Sausage
30 ounces of Hash Browns
Olive oil for greasing pan
Cooking Instructions:
Begin by whisking eggs, milk, and salt, pepper, garlic seasoning and put aside. Brown breakfast sausage and remove from pan then crisp up the hash browns in the same pan. Line a greased 9 x 13 pan or Pyrex with the hash browns, then breakfast sausage, then add shredded cheese and pour the egg mixture on top of it all. Bake in a 350 deg F oven for about 35 minutes or until bubbly and crispy on the edges. Enjoy!
