Ingredients:
White corn tortillas
Avocado oil
1 lb of ground beef (85/15)
8 ounce can of tomato sauce
Taco seasoning
Shredded sharp cheddar
Shredded lettuce
Onion diced
Sour cream or Greek yogurt
La Victoria taco sauce
Tapatio
Cooking Instructions:
Fry up some corn tortillas in a pan on medium heat with a tsp of avocado or olive by frying each side for about 1 min. Make as many as you need just repeating the process. Add a tbsp of avocado oil to a preheated pan on medium heat. Add in ground beef and break up, then don't touch it, let it cook for about 3 min. Stir and continue cooking for another 3 min or until ground beef is cooked. Make a small well in the pan with meat and add in tomato sauce cooking for about 1 min. Then add in your favorite taco seasoning and stir, then add in half a cup of water and mix together. Simmer until water reduces by about half. Add in to tortilla with grated cheese, shredded lettuce, diced onion, tomato, taco sauce, hot sauce sour cream (of substitute Greek yogurt), or whatever your favorite taco toppings are. Enjoy!
