Ingredients:
Brussels Sprouts cut in half
Kosher Salt
Avocado or Olive Oil
Mike’s Hot Honey

Cooking Instructions:
Begin by slicing Brussels Sprouts in half (or you can buy them already cut). Boil water in large pot and add about a tbsp of kosher salt to the water. Preheat oven to convection 400 deg F or 425 deg F on bake if you don't have convection setting. Add in Brussels Sprouts and boil for about 6 min. Drain the water and let cool for a few min. On a baking sheet add about 4 tbsp of avocado or olive oil then pour the Brussels Sprouts on to baking sheet and add about 3 tbsp of oil to top. Then sprinkle with kosher salt (about a tbsp). Spread out on baking sheet, flesh side down leaving about a half inch of space between each sprout. Put into preheated oven on the middle shelf for 25 min or until a slight char appears. Let them rest for a few min then drizzle on some Mike's Hot Honey and mix up. Enjoy!
