1/4-1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil
1/4-1/2 cup Red wine vinegar
Tsp Mike’s Hot Honey
Tsp Dijon mustard
Tsp Salt, pepper, garlic blend
Tsp Oregano
Salad:
Romaine lettuce chopped fresh
Handful of baby spinach
Sliced red onion
Sliced bell pepper
Crushed tortilla chips
Sliced pepperoncinis
Sliced almonds
Feta cheese
Pecorino Romano cheese grated
Cooking Instructions:
Put dressing ingredients above in a bowl and mix. Put salad ingredients above in salad bowl, drizzle on dressing and toss. Serve and enjoy!
